She has substantial experience serving healthcare payors, providers, investors, and service organizations, on Government programs and growth strategy. Cara is an expert in Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Populations (SNPs) across all strategic and performance drivers. Cara leads McKinsey’s Medicare and Duals Domains.
